Make Your Booking
All bookings should be made via the Bookings Secretary, Marion Whitemore who you can email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please check the Booking Calendar for availability. Although this is kept up to date as much as possible we advise that you then contact the bookings secretary to confirm availability and make a provisional booking. The booking will not be confirmed until the appropriate forms have been completed and received by the bookings secretary, together with any required payment. Booking forms are available as pdfs on the right of this page.
Please note that the Booking Forms should be printed on a single A4 sheet, double-sided.
Current Hourly Rates of Hire

Hire Charges include heating & lighting, the use of tables, chairs, crockery, kitchen equipment and facilities, and use of the Hearing Loop / PA System.
Extra charges are made for use of Stage Lighting and/or Heating, and for the provision of a bar (alcohol license).
A deposit is required for single bookings.
Hire time must include the time required to set up before your event and to clear down after.
Special rates may be available for large functions – please contact the booking secretary.
We also hire out equipment for use outside the hall. Please see the form below for a list of available equipment, the hire charges and terms & conditions.
