Pilates classes are run by Karen Harris who has over 25 years’ experience in the fitness industry. They are held from 9 – 10 am on Tuesday mornings and are run on a course basis, each course being between 6 & 8 weeks long. As numbers are restricted all places need to be booked in advance.
Pilates is a form of exercise suitable for everyone. It helps to build core strength, flexibility and mindfulness. Exercises can be adapted to suit each individual as you work to your own abilities within the class. Karen can work with people who are recovering injuries or have disabilities. Most of the class is done on a mat on the floor, however, some people may need the assistance of a chair, pillow or some other kind of support.
For further information contact Karen on 07780 844485 / 01963 440522 or via email at esbellarch@gmail.com
