We were able to take advantage of the first national COVID-19 Lockdown to have the floor of the Main Hall refurbished, and the internal paintwork renewed.
Since then we have also had the Hearing Loop replaced.
All we need now is to be able to re-open to our loyal regular user groups!
Following the decision by the government to impose Tier 2 restrictions on Somerset most of our regular bookings are regrettably unable to resume. At present only the Toddler Group and Daisy Foundation classes can be held but must follow the social distancing guidelines and COVID-19 hygiene protocols.
The September Village Hall committee meeting was held in the Main Hall, to permit social distancing, on 10th September.

The scheduled May Village Hall committee meeting could not be held in person due the COVID restrictions in place at the time. Reports were circulated by email and ‘minutes’ were compiled from these emails and the responses.
